The promised room with a balcony was not available upon arrival, resulting in disappointment, particularly with outdated furniture and a small TV. The bathroom lacked modern amenities and a power outlet, making it inconvenient for personal care. Hot water was inconsistent, and internet issues caused inconvenience during stay.

Additionally, the elevator had maintenance problems during my stay, forcing me to use the stairs often. While the bustling area brought life, I found it noisy, especially in the mornings. Some rooms appeared modern, but mine felt outdated compared to what I expected.

This was just a suitable option for a momentary pause in Cartagena with good value for the price. The air conditioning worked great during my stay, which helped cool down the hot weather. Bring your own towels since the ones provided are a bit worn out.
